With a very hands on approach and having opened doors at the biggest clubs in England, Joe has a great reputation for sourcing the best moves for our clients. He's extremely passionate about the growth of each client individually and his soul focus is simple, to ensure Seeking The Elite are a market leader in player representation.
Kurtis joined Seeking The Elite in 2017 having worked with one of the biggest agencies in Europe where he closed representation deals for a number of current Premier League players. Kurtis brings a wealth of experience as a player having started playing at Cardiff City before being bought by Swansea City where he served 4 years as a professional in addition to being captain to the Wales youth teams on numerous occasions. His own experiences in football coupled with his unrivalled passion for the industry make him yet another key addition to our ever expanding team.
Holding an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a postgraduate masters degree in Sports Psychology, Rhys’ passion for football and contextual knowledge of the game has driven his desire to support young footballers in pursuit of their dream. He has worked with international athletes across various sports, helping them to understand the importance of psychological training as a crucial component of preparation and performance, both on and off the field. Consistent with our philosophies at Seeking the Elite, Rhys’ focus on wellbeing and performance will provide our clients with unique, bespoke support and guidance throughout each stage of their career.
